PMI, a technical, marketing and communications services provider, has rebranded to Growe.
With an international portfolio of iGaming brands and assets, Growe operates management services with regards to technology, platforms and payment solutions.
The rebranding will move Growe away from its current B2B franchise model, such as the one it currently operates with Parimatch, and towards brand and affiliate management.
Anton Rublievskyi, Growe CEO, said: “Over the past few years, we have been operating under the PMI brand and expanded our investments in the iGaming sector, launching several successful brands.
“However, our aspirations have outgrown the limitations of the PMI brand.
“Under the name Growe, we are becoming more adaptable and positioned for expansion, increasing our global presence and pursuing new initiatives.”
Growe currently operates in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, but has noted that it anticipates strengthening its global foothold in its new strategic direction.
Anastasia Belousova, Growe Chief People Officer, said: “Over the course of four years, we have seen significant growth – expanding from 30 to 800 specialists and diversifying our network of partners and brands.
“The new brand, Growe, chosen by the team, reflects our new aspirations.”
“So, Growe is the result of collaborative effort and the collective choices of our employees.”
Alongside new international iGaming markets, Growe has also mentioned that it is ‘poised to launch new brands’ in the future.
Belousova continued: “This is where our distinctiveness lies – our team forms the cornerstone of our success, driven by boldness and a shared vision.”
Speaking of Parimatch, the sports betting company recently renewed its partnership deal with Leicester City Football Club for the 2023/24 season to become its Official Betting Partner.
