Koninklijke Patro Eisden Maasmechelen (KPEM), a Belgian football club in the Challenger Pro League, has confirmed that PepperMill Casino will be the main club sponsor for the 2023/24 season.
Known as the Klein Anderlecht, or Little Anderlecht, KPEM was promoted into the second tier of professional Belgian football, after winning the Belgian National Division One.
This promotion was secured after KPEM defeated Dessel Sport 3-0 during the Division’s finals, held on 20 May 2023.
As the main sponsor of the club, the PepperMill Casino logo will be displayed prominently on the KPEM football shirts.
This will include both the men’s KPEM team, as well as the recently launched Patro Ladies team in the second provincial division.
Branding from PepperMill Casino will also be present in the Sportpark Stadium of Patro Maasmechelen.
This isn’t the first football team that the casino has made a deal with, following a collaboration with Koninklijke Racing Club Genk last year.
While this might not be a surprising move, considering that PepperMill Casino is headquartered in Genk, the company has four other gaming halls in Hoevenzavel, Leopoldsburg, Hasselt, and Maasmechelen.
This makes KPEM, hailing from the municipality of Maasmechelen in Limburg, the second local team for PepperMill Casino to sponsor.
Of course, the football teams aren’t the only things that PepperMill Casino has been focusing on recently.
The casino has made a number of partnerships with iGaming content providers recently, such as a deal with Pragmatic Play for its dice slot games, as well as Synot Games for an exclusive portfolio of titles.
