Press Box PR has partnered with Michelle Payne, Australian jockey, trainer and media personality, for the Royal Ascot races.
Payne is the only female jockey in history to win the Melbourne Cup and she will join the ITV team for its coverage of the thoroughbred horseracing event.
Alongside her coverage of the Royal Ascot, Payne has also been giving interviews with local media, including discussing her 2015 Melbourne Cup win aboard the 100/1 horse Prince Of Penzance.
Payne said: “I’ve had so much fun working with the guys at Press Box PR over the past few weeks.
“They are true professionals in every sense of the word. For me to come over and be able to tell my story to some of the biggest names in British media was a real credit to them.”
The Royal Ascot races this year started on 20 June and will run through to Saturday 24 June.
This year will also see eight of the King’s horses running in the events, with Desert Hero winning on Thursday.
King’s Lynn is the last royal horse to race and is expected to enter the Wokingham Stakes on Saturday.
Jack Mansell, Director of Press Box PR, said: “It’s been an honour to represent Michelle during Royal Ascot.
“She’s an icon who has had to overcome so much to get to the top.
“We’re delighted to have played our part in being able to tell her truly inspirational story that very much transcends the sport of racing.”
The Betting and Gaming Council (BCG) has confirmed that its members, including Entain and Flutter, will donate profits from one of the Britannia Stakes at the Royal Ascot to charity.
