Trustly has signed a partnership with Station Casinos to become the exclusive payments provider for its newly launched NFT loyalty marketplace, STN Charms.
Released on 31 March, STN Charms awards players with digital charms that can be levelled up, bought and sold on the marketplace.
Station Casinos will utilise Trustly’s Open Banking Payments solution for withdrawals and deposits in the STN Charms wallet.
Tom Mikulich, Red Rock Resorts Station Casinos, SVP of Innovation, said: “STN Charms is one-of-a-kind innovation in gaming.
“Trustly’s Open Banking technology is a key factor in this new endeavour, and we’re happy to be working with the top leader in payment processing for our industry.”
CentralAMS will continue to power the digital wallets on behalf of Station Casinos, as well as noting merchant of record, but has agreed to work alongside Trustly.
Mark Lipparelli, CentralAMS Managing Member and former Nevada State Gaming Board member, said: “We are pleased to partner with Trustly and have them as part of the overall payments solutions for the STN Charms project.
“Their experience as a payment provider showed, and everyone has been a pleasure to work with.”
Each of the STN Charms will be colour-coded depending on their rarity, starting at common and rising all the way to legendary.
The Charms themselves are designed after four-leafed clovers, lucky cats, bison, horseshoes and others.
John Parsons, Trustly VP of Gaming, said: “We’re excited to partner with Station Casinos and CentralAMS.
“Our work with them has allowed us to show how Open Banking technology can assist in creating a ground-breaking loyalty program by providing an integral payment system for its members-only marketplace.
“We’re proud to be a part of such a unique and innovative project.”
